DESPATCH AND DELIVERY

1. We aim to deliver within 7 working days or sooner
2. All goods are sent via DHL requiring a signature, except single glasses
3. If you are not in, please leave a signed note for the driver to take away, instructing the driver to leave the goods in a safe location of your choice
4. When ordering, you are able to choose any delivery address that is convenient for you.
5. If you order the wrong goods, it is your responsibility at your cost to return them safely to us for exchange or refund within 28 days.
6. We deliver to the UK mainland for a flat charge of £4.95. Should you require delivery across water, please place an order and we will contact you about an additional charge for delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
